Description

Key unit is a compact mechanical key input unit that incorporates a range of features for enhanced functionality and versatility. It is designed as a single key input device with a built-in RGB LED, providing both input and visual feedback capabilities.

key shaft of the unit utilizes a Blue switch, known for its tactile bump and audible click features. This switch provides a satisfying tactile feedback and audible click sound with each key press, enhancing the user experience.

Embedded within the Key unit is a programmable RGB LED using the SK6812 technology. This RGB LED supports 256 levels of brightness, allowing for precise control over the lighting effects. Key unit offers two digital IOs (Input/Output) that can be utilized for key status and LED control. These IOs enable monitoring the status of the key, such as detecting key presses or releases, and controlling the RGB LED's lighting effects or brightness levels.

With its compact design and versatile features, the Key unit finds applications in multiple HMI (Human-Machine Interface) scenarios.
