Shipping Options

We offer the following international shipping methods:

  • Registered Air Mail
  • DHL / FedEx Express Shipping

To avoid potential losses during transit, Registered Air Mail is not recommended for orders over USD $200. If you still prefer to use Registered Air Mail for high-value orders, we will ship according to your request; however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.


1. Registered Air Mail

Registered Air Mail is an international postal service handled by the local postal system in the destination country. No specific postal carrier is designated.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Normally 15–20 business days after shipment
  • In some countries or regions, delivery may take 30–60 business days

Delivery time may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs inspections, and local postal delays. Therefore, delivery time is not guaranteed, but we will always do our best to assist.

Please note that when the parcel arrives at local customs, customs clearance may take 5–10 business days with no tracking updates.

If the tracking information has not been updated for 15 business days, please contact your local post office and notify us. We will follow up closely, and in rare cases, a refund or reshipment may be offered after confirmation.


2. DHL / FedEx Express Shipping

  • DHL: Estimated 3–5 business days (not guaranteed), fully tracked
  • FedEx: Estimated 4–8 business days (not guaranteed), fully tracked

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees charged by the destination country or courier company.

Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for any additional charges. If a customer refuses to pay customs-related fees and this results in delivery failure or the package being returned, no refund or reshipment will be provided.
