Not enough information.

Partly from not dealing with these devices or using the equipment, I found a serious lack of information on supporting equipment to use the lora modules.
I have a cardputer, I have flashed it a couple times, but found no real use for it. It's interesting, but so little fundamental info available its hanging on the fridge.
