Description
Unit RS485-ISO is an isolated half-duplex transceiver based on the RS485 bus protocol. It can convert TTL level to RS485 level. In the communication link of devices, various electrical noises and transient changes in voltage and current may occur. Using the CA-IS3082W as the interface chip can effectively shield these noises and transients, providing full protection for expensive control equipment and reducing the risk of damage. It communicates with RS485 devices on the other end, making it suitable for long-distance signal transmission. This product features fail-safe protection; in the receiving state, if the input is open or shorted, the receiver outputs a high level. RS485 is a communication protocol standard that defines the electrical characteristics of drivers and receivers for serial communication systems, supporting multi-point systems and used in industrial fields. When project equipment requires RS485 communication control and has high requirements for signal-to-noise ratio and transmission distance, using Unit RS485-ISO for interface type conversion is a good choice.
