Excellent accessory for the M5stack family

I used my M5stack in combination with a HX711 breakout board to make a microvolt meter. This is a useful thing in my industry where we work with wheatstone bridge instrumentation and sometimes have to tell what a device is doing with a small input. With the M5stack core basic and proto-meas module I quickly had a little portable meter that can be taken in the field, works on battery power, and can help me diagnose scale load cells and thermocouples with a minimum of hardware hacking.
