Description

Atomic RS485 Base is a TTL-RS485 converter based on the Atomic design, used for converting TTL level to RS485 level. RS485 is a widely used electrical standard in the industrial field, featuring stronger anti-interference capability and longer transmission distance. It has a built-in DC-DC step-down regulator chip, which can directly convert the 12V voltage of RS485 to 5V to power the ATOM, eliminating the trouble of separate power supply. When multiple devices require communication control, using the Atomic RS485 for interface type conversion will be a good choice.

Controlling a Pump and a house Water Heater via ESPHome and Home Assistant

I wanted to replace my simple pool pump controller with one that Home Assistant controls. I vibe coded with Claude Code a working RS-485 controlled pump for Home Assistant with ESPHome (see: https://github.com/kasmok/esphome-jandy-pump ) I also used https://github.com/esphome-econet/esphome-econet to control and monitor my new water heater with out cloud services! I will definitely recommend it and use them again in other projects! Oh, and it shipped surprisingly fast too! Thanks for the good product and service.

Easiest way to integrate balboa Spa into home assistant

No soldering required, as close to plug & play as it gets in DIY projects.
